Yesterday, Samsung announced that Android 14 has begun its rollout to Galaxy S23 owners. While these owners were mainly in Europe, it does still mark the beginning of the update waterfall. Obviously, this leaves Galaxy owners like myself wondering when will I be blessed with the update. Some wonder if their phones will receive it at all.

So, let’s take a look to see who’s in and who’s not.

Samsung Galaxy S

It looks like the last four releases of the phone will be receiving the new update:

  • Galaxy S23 series
  • Galaxy S22 series
  • Galaxy S21 series
  • Galaxy S20 series

Sorry, Galaxy 10. It looks like it’s time to either put (some money) or shut up as those owners are probably stuck on One UI 5

Samsung Galaxy Foldables

There are more phones here because there are two lines, the Fold and the Flip. It looks like all the Flips are getting it but a Fold is getting left in the cold.

  • Galaxy Z Fold 5
  • Galaxy Z Fold 4
  • Galaxy Z Fold 3
  • Galaxy Z Fold 2
  • Galaxy Z Flip 5
  • Galaxy Z Flip 4
  • Galaxy Z Flip 3
  • Galaxy Z Flip 5G
  • Galaxy Z Flip

Everybody else

Now these are were I’d say budget phones, but there’s one device that I’m sure people have long forgotten about.

  • Galaxy Note 20 series
  • Galaxy A54
  • Galaxy A53

So, there you have it. Every phone in Samsung’s stable that should be getting Android 14 with One UI 6. Good to see the Galaxy Note still sticking around out there.

Are you on this list? If not, what are your future plans?
