When I saw this, the only thing I could think of was the Scrubs musical episode where Carla tried to explain to Turk where she was from.
However, what’s happened here isn’t necessarily in reverse, but equally annoying for a lot of people who live in the region.
It seems that Insomniac, the developers of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, have accidentally placed a giant Cuban flag in a hallway of the Morales’ apartment. Of course, this is an issue because Miles Morales’ mom is canonically Puerto Rican. While the Cuban and Puerto Rican flags may look similar, the colors are different.
Gamers have also noted that Cuban flags are all over the neighborhood, but without the proper context, I’m not entirely sure if that was on purpose or not.
With all that being said, Insomniac looks to be on the case as developers took to Twitter to let folks know that a fix was on the way.
Outside of that, it looks as if Spider-Man 2 is reviewing and selling well.
