Palworld devs revealed today on Twitter that their game will continue to not be free to play nor, GaaS (or Games as a Service aka Live Service Game). While they haven’t figured out the plans for DLC or cosmetics, they are committed to their current business model and will keep players informed about any upcoming changes. On a personal note, I find this amount of transparency to be quite refreshing. A dev taking time to calm the fears of their community. Awhile sticking to their guns and not wavering from the core product. I have played the game I like what is on offer and hope to see much more content updates and quality of life fixes. Bravo to Pocket Pair for this.
