I mean, I’m glad that my family doesn’t really do Thanksgiving like most families in America do. But, from what I’ve gathered through popular media, Thanksgiving can be hell for most people. Well, if you’re lucky to have access to Steam, you can try to send Lilith back to hell to take your mind off things with Diablo 4.
Diablo 4 is free-to-play up until November 28th. This is part of Steam’s Autumn Sale. Your character will max out at level 20. However, you will have access to the entire game. That includes social play and cross-play.
Of course, any progress that you make during the trial will carry over to your purchased copy if you choose to make that move. I mean, it is 40% during the sale, so it’s not a bad idea. I might even try to take advantage if I can find enough money in the couch.
Unfortunately, there aren’t any free trials this weekend. I’d be surprised if Microsoft didn’t put it on Free Play Weekend this weekend to give Xbox gamers something. But, just like the PC version, the game is on sale on consoles, so there’s that.
This is the best Diablo 4 news I’ve seen in awhile. I try to forget the Overwatch 2 fiasco.
