While Friday the 13th is normally considered very unlucky, there’s at least one Nintendo fan who’s having a very lucky day…week…month..year…life?

Circana (formerly NPD) has reported that exactly one Nintendo Wii U in September. Analyst Mat Pscatella stated that this was the “First time a new Wii U sold since May 2022.” He goes on to mention that a new Vita was purchased “in November 2021, when 3 (!!) were purchased.”

Keep in mind, Nintendo has since ceased production of the Wii U, the Wii U eShop is closed, and online servers will be turned off in April 2024.

But you do you, I guess.
